Carole is our photographer and manager.  She is proficient in building and managing web sites. She will help you plan and organize your professional and effective site. She has excellent problem solving skills to work through your presentation complexities.

Marguerite is experienced in designing and building business and educational computer systems, as well as in building and managing web sites.

She will teach you how to begin using your new software, and will work with individuals or small groups . 

She can edit and publish articles and newsletters for your civic or business organization.

Carole has almost thirty years of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, human resources practices, multi-state employement laws and practices. Most of those years were with a large inter-state corporation, dealing with both management and technicians to gather information, solve problems and develop reports as needed. She has been responsible for maintaining employee files in compliance with state and federal employment laws. She calculated payroll amounts related to technician productivity and commission payouts. Carole was also instrumental in maintaining documention required to get her company certified for ISO 9001-2000 standards following up on deviations and reporting to upper management.

Carole is skilled with the following software:

• XP AND VISTA
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint
• HRIS including Peoplesoft which keeps all information about associates.
• Kronos - Tracks timeclock entries and determines pay hours.

Carole's hobbies are photography, horseback riding, native plants and restored cars.

Since Marguerite retired she has built and managed a web site for her local garden club and edited a member magazine for a large online hobbyist society.

Before retirement, she worked for 5 years as a programmer for a school district, and 12 years as a senior systems engineer, working with corporate customers to define their system needs.  In these projects, she used her strong facilitation, technical writing and project management skills. 

   During this time she taught occasional corporate classes in COBOL (a language for writing computer programs) and Data Modeling (a technical skill used for designing efficient databases).

In previous careers, she worked as a bookkeeper in various accounting environments, and taught junior high school math and English.
